"Mas masahol pa sa hayop."
Senatorial aspirant and Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao had this to say when we asked him for his stand on same-sex marriage.

Its not really a valid argument to use your standards of morality with other people's standards for morality. Besides, this isn't an issue of morality but of discrimination. Really think about it, should we really deny people of their happiness based on a religion they may or may not be a part of? That's really unfair in their part.
I understand and respect your opinion, as I equally respect anyone else's opinion regarding this matter, but please think before you speak on such sensitive issues for other people, for you are a public figure and you influence and inspire others.
People not just in the country but all over the world look up to you, including me, including the Asians, the Americans, including people of the LGBT Community regardless of their belief, religion and race because of your hardwork, what will they say about this?
You have brought a name for the Philippines for your undeniable achievements in sports and the pride you gave to us Filipinos, but I personally think that you are not yet ready to run in the senate.
If two people love each other and want to celebrate that love then who the hell are you to tell them to stop? Close minded people don't deserve a seat on the senate or the presidency.
